Any comments can be sent to bms.comments@wv.gov or by mail to WV Bureau for Medicaid Services, 350 Capitol Street, Room 251, Charleston, WV 25301. It would be helpful for you to copy me as well at Hallie@wvdental.org so I understand your concerns.
