Liberty payment processing services transition to ECHO/Optum

Effective December 9, 2025, all provider payments will be managed through ECHO/Optum. For any questions or concerns related to payments, please contact the ECHO/Optum Customer Service line directly:ย  ย ๐Ÿ“žย 833.629.9725

In order to be paid, you MUST create an account.ย  Liberty reports there are NO fees associated with the transactions.ย ย To ensure a smooth transition, providers are required to set up an account with ECHO/Optum. Please follow the link below to complete your registration:ย ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ย ECHO Health

You do not have to accept ECHO from all companies; you are able to select single payor when registering.
