ADA Releases Medicaid Financial Sustainability Toolkit
Providing dental care to Medicaid beneficiaries can be professionally fulfilling for many dentists. However, the ADA recognizes that dentists and their teams are making a substantial commitment by treating Medicaid beneficiaries, especially when low reimbursement and administrative burdens are a part of the equation. The ADA’s Practice Institute is releasing the Medicaid Financial Sustainability Toolkit, which was developed with the help of dentists treating Medicaid beneficiaries across the country. This toolkit hopes to support dentists and their practices that wish to deliver care to Medicaid beneficiaries with greater confidence, efficiency, and financial sustainability.
