The West Virginia Dental Association Political Action Committee (WDAPAC) — also known as the “Toothparty” — is the political action committee of the West Virginia Dental Association.
WVDAPAC strengthens our voice in the state legislature, empowering us to support champions for dentistry and public policies that promote dental health and protect the oral health of West Virginians.
But the PAC is only as strong as the dentists who support it. Contributions from WVDAPAC members power our advocacy efforts and help ensure that the voice of dentistry is heard loud and clear at the state capitol.

Please disregard if you are a public employee. WVDAPAC is a state-level registered political action committee and the contributions it receives are used to support state-level candidates.
Contributions to WVDAPAC are voluntary and any person has the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Sole proprietorships, partnerships, and LLCs are permitted to contribute up to $5,000 per partnership/membership and per election. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. State law requires WVDAPAC to report the names of individuals making contributions to the PAC. With contributions of $250 or less, the full name of the person, the amount, and the date received must be reported. Contributions exceeding $250 must include the individual’s name, the date the contribution was received, the contributor’s residence and mailing address, as well as his or her occupation and employer.
