We did it! Today the Senate accepted the amended SB 458 – Governor’s Universal Licensing Bill, preserving the requirement for passage of a clinical hand skill exam (ADEX) prior to licensing dentists and hygienists in West Virginia.
Hallie has spoken directly with Governor Morrisey who committed to signing the bill, which is a win for us!
This issue became the number one priority of the WVDA once the implications were clear. It could not have happened without our membership contacting their legislators to emphasize its importance. THANK YOU!
