The WV Legislature’s House Health Committee will hold a public hearing on HB 5661 – Increasing Medicaid Dental Fees on Monday afternoon.
The bill would increase fees 20% beginning January 1, 2028.
A companion bill in the Senate that would do the same was also introduced on Friday, Senate Bill 1014. Please be sure to thank the ten senators who sponsored this piece of legislation for the WVDA:
